Not much running recently. Went for a short run on Saturday, less than 3m, but I was, and still am, suffering from a cold. Nearly killed me. My legs felt so drained afterwards.
That was the first run in a week. The previous Saturday I did one of my usual pre-knee routes. About 5.4 miles at a good pace after a slow start. This run and a similar one a week before book-ended one run in Prague! That was an early morning run from the hotel, through the main square, across Charles Bridge and then up to the castle. It was a tough run but a different way to start a working day in comparison to the other times I've been away. This was a short run, about 3.5 miles.
