Onwards and slightly upward...

Two good runs over the weekend - 4.3 miles in Saturday and then an easy 3 miles Sunday. Neither were  "long runs" but I did go up a couple of hills, which I have been avoiding since I tweaked my knew.

Today's run good too, a faster 3.3miles in about 32 mins. Managed to keep first mile to a nice easy 6mph for a change. Weight at weekend about 11 7, tonight 11 3.
